I'm a licensed psychotherapist who offers online life coaching sessions to anyone, anywhere. Like therapy, but without the therapy. And intakes, insurances, diagnoses, and psych-speak. One human helping another lead a better life. I help answer "Now what?" and "What's best?" and "How do I get it done?"
With 2,750 sessions with 170 clients under my belt, I share a wealth of knowledge. I possess a Master's in Social Work with a Clinical Concentration, a Bachelor's in Speech Communication with a Public Speaking Concentration, and an Associate's in Wilderness Leadership and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I'm trained in ethics, confidentiality, emergency response, a host of therapeutic models, and peer support and have completed Yale University's The Science of Well-Being curriculum.
The toughest personal challenges I've overcome include growing up in a violent home, beating addiction, managing my own mental health, and being a suicide witness survivor.
When it comes to adventuring. I've set speed records along the Caprock Trailway, Cohos Trail, Florida Trail, Highline Trail, Lone Star Trail, Metacomet Monadnock Trail, Northville Placid Trail, Rainbow Trail, Tahoe Rim Trail, and Trans Adirondack Route. I've become first to climb the Adirondacks' 601 peaks above 2,500 feet, first to climb the Catskills' 387 peaks above 2,000 feet, first to climb the Catskills' 200 highest peaks during winter, second to climb the South's 198 peaks above 5,000 feet, second to climb the Adirondacks' 217 peaks above 3,000 feet during winter, and fourth to climb the Northeast's 770 peaks above 3,000 feet. By I've become first to traverse the entire U.S.-Mexico border and third to traverse the Arizona Trail Corridor by mountain bike.
Each fifty-minute session is $50.
