I'm a licensed psychotherapist who offers hour-long online sessions to anyone, anywhere. Consider it therapy but without the intakes, insurance, diagnoses, and psych-speak. Rouge therapy. One insightful human helping another lead their best life.

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that we can lead better lives. I help clients overcome anxiety, navigate life transitions, trim relationships, and renew purpose. I help you answer the question "Now what?" and "What would be best?"

With nearly 3,000 sessions under my belt as a therapist, I share a wealth of experience. I possesses a Master's in Social Work and am a certified couples counselor, peer support specialist, crisis responder, and clinical therapist supervisor.

Life's hard. The toughest challenges I've overcome include growing up in a violent home, managing my own mental health struggles, and earning the unenviable title of suicide witness survivor. I emerged resilient and insightful, though admittedly bruised.
